![]() Where can I purchase your products? Please shop online or visit our retail store located in Skokie, Illinois. Many of Zelda’s products are also available in grocery and gourmet shops across the United States. We currently do not print a comprehensive product catalogue, as we now have several hundred gift selections and are constantly adding to our collection. To receive seasonal mailings and e-mail promotions, please sign up online. Can Zelda's customize my order? We offer a wide range of customization and personalization services, and would be pleased to consult with you by telephone, e-mail, or in person if you are in the Skokie, Illinois area. Custom services include unique gift baskets, cookie designs and icing colors to carry a party theme or replicate your business logo. We also offer custom printed boxes, tins, and ribbons. What do your products contain? We take pride in using the highest quality ingredients available anywhere, including pure imported Belgian chocolate. Should you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please call us and we would be delighted to answer your questions. How long do your baked goods stay fresh? We do not add perservatives to any of our products. Our cookie gifts are made fresh for each order to ensure these gifts are not only beautiful but delicious. Cookie Cuties™ are individually bagged and will stay fresh (if kept inside the bag) for up to three weeks. Otherwise, they can be frozen to preserve their freshness. Our biscotti is a dry bakery product and will stay fresh in its sealed freshness bag for up to six months. Will you make substitutions if products are not in stock? Our policy is to ship all of our products exactly as shown. Unfortunately, circumstances may occasionally arise beyond our control when an item is temporarily out of stock. If that occurs, we may ask our designers to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value, if the substitution will not alter or diminish the quality, value or visual appeal of the overall product. We welcome you to contact us by phone or e-mail if you prefer to confirm the availability of any item prior to placing your order. What if I don't like it? We guarantee your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item for prompt and courteous refund or replacement. You are responsible for all shipping charges except in the case of damaged or broken merchandise. Is there sales tax on my purchase? Illinois state sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to an Illinois address. The current rate is 2.25% of the subtotal for food items and 10% of the subtotal for non-food giftware. What payment methods do you accept? For online sales we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. How do you protect my personal information?
