Your Zelda's order will be packed carefully and securely for transit. Our standard shipping method is via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (3-5 business days). We also offer express 2nd Day service (2 business days) and overnight service. You will be offered the option of 2nd Day or overnight shipping during checkout. We currently ship only to addresses located within the United States and Canada. And please remember, FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to PO or APO boxes.

We begin to fill your order the moment it is placed, and we ship as quickly as possible. To assure freshness, and because many orders require special preparation, we guarantee to ship your order on the following schedule:

*Current day orders must be placed prior to 12:00 p.m. CST.
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will be received on the following day.

Large Quantity and Catering Orders

To assure quality and freshness many of our perishable items are not held in stock. We begin working to create them when an order is received. As a result, it may not always be possible to ship larger quantity and catering orders within the schedule provided above. When this occurs, we will use the email address you provide to contact you about the anticipated shipping schedule for your order. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to plan ahead and use the "Future Shipping Date" function of our site to provide us with as much advance preparation time as you possibly can for any larger quantity or catering orders.

We allow you to specify a delayed shipping date during checkout, so that you can place orders in advance. If your shipment must arrive on a Saturday, please call us to request Saturday delivery.

Special Shipping Charges

For Saturday delivery, add $20.00. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada add $14.00. Please be certain of your address before ordering! We pass along the FedEx or UPS fee of $10.00 for an address correction, which will appear on your credit card statement as a separate charge. Unfortunately, the gift you send also will probably not arrive in time if you supply incorrect address information. During the summer months (May 15 thru September) a $3.00 charge for special packaging materials will be added for each shipped item containing chocolate.

Chocolate Handling

To avoid heat damage to chocolate products being shipped during warm weather periods we pack our chocolates (including chocolate items in gift baskets) with special materials and restrict shipping selections during checkout to 2nd Day or Overnight service for shipments to the warmest destinations. We also may decide it is necessary to hold an order placed later in the week for shipping on the following Monday to avoid having the chocolate lay over in a shipping hub over the weekend.
