Meet Linda Zelda Neiman, the guiding force behind Zelda’s Sweet Shoppe. With advanced degrees in computer science and education, Linda began her professional career in the 1980s personal computer revolution writing and designing early educational computer games. After a 15 year hiatus from the business world, during which Linda devoted her full time and energy to raising a family of four boys, she returned to the business world in 2003 with renewed passion and perspective – creating Zelda’s Sweet Shoppe as an expression of all the wonderful and meaningful things life has to offer. Infusing the Shoppe with her own unique style and inspiration, today Linda Zelda Neiman has emerged as a rising star in the world of gourmet food, and Zelda’s Sweet Shoppe as the premier destination for sweet and savory culinary delights on Chicago’s North Shore.

Lindsay Martinko

Lindsay Martinko earned her degree in Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University, School of Art, and Studio Arts Center International, Florence, Italy. Since 2005, Lindsay has combined her passion for creative expression with the artistry of gourmet sweets and savory foods as Vice President of Zelda’s Sweet Shoppe. Lindsay's packaging designs and marketing give the Shoppe's loyal devotees their first taste of Zelda's message and promise of honestly delicious, hand-made kosher treats. In communicating the Zelda's brand to customers, distributors, and corporate buyers with both her personality and designs, she has helped Zelda's cake rise, so-to-speak, in internet sales, national retailers, and of course the home store here in Skokie, Illinois. Away from work, Lindsay develops her personal artistic expression in a variety of media and enjoys sharing samples from her “sweet” job with her lucky and appreciative friends and family.
